We used our Brazilian beans for this version of our barrel aged coffee. Last time, we went a bit subtle on the barrel flavour... but not this time! This roast is bursting with barrel and oak taste! We carefully prepped our barrel, and checked on the beans daily, and pulled them right when they hit exactly the flavour we are looking for!
How do we create Barrel-Aged coffee? We take our pre-roasted, green beans, and place them in a freshly emptied oak barrel. The barrel then imparts its flavours into the beans, we remove them after a certain amount of time, and then roast away! The result is this amazingly unique coffee.
